Our core benefit and service areas cover: transportation; health and wellness services; social, cultural and educational services; personal services; and access to home maintenance and repair professionals. Some of these services will be provided at no charge when volunteers are available. Otherwise, sevices will be available at discounted rates by using our preferred providers. All services provided by At Home will be designed and coordinated to empower members and support their wellness, independence and vitality.
