Services
With just one phone call to At Home's resource center, staffed by our Executive Director, Elaine Weingarten and trained volunteers, members can be connected to a vast array of information and referrals customized to fit their particular needs.
Our core benefit and service areas cover: transportation; social, cultural and educational programs; access to home maintenance and repair professionals. Some of these services will be provided at no charge when volunteers are available. Otherwise, sevices will be available at discounted rates by using our preferred providers. All services provided by At Home are designed and coordinated to empower members and support their wellness, independence and vitality. By calling 914-899-3150, members will be treated with respect and receive the response and referrals they need.
Our in-person services are temporarily suspended.
Our social programs are being conducted online.
In response to COVID-19, all members receive regular friendly phone check-ins.
Volunteers are available to do shopping and run other essential errands.
Members must arrange to pay volunteers directly for items purchased at the time of delivery or before.
All safety protocols are being strictly followed by volunteers who shop and deliver.
